This lesson was created to make an immediate difference to how you feel by helping you coordinate the movements of your feet and ankles with your hips and back. This reduces chronic tension and–more importantly–helps you change some of the movement patterns involved in causing your pain in the first place.
If your lower back and/or hip joints are causing you trouble this lesson will also be helpful because it addresses whole-body coordination patterns including these areas. So even though it’s called Free Your Feet, it will also free your hips and back, and may even help your knees.
