A few days ago I appeared on the BBC Scotland’s radio show MacAulay and Co. along with Colin McPhail, owner of Edinburgh’s Footworks running store and organizer of the Scottish Barefoot Run and Conference. We were invited to talk about barefoot running and the upcoming event, and while I was expecting some wry comments from Fred MacAulay, he turned out to be very interested in the subject, and we had a really nice coversation. Here’s the link to the show, which will work through Tuesday 17 September. Our portion of the show starts at 4:02 and runs about 15 minutes long. Below is a photo of my foot they snapped and tweeted during the show. Good fun!
